Canyons and a little sewing!

I has been a stressful and dramatic few month with Hal's parents being ill (bad). And a new baby, Bennett (good). I'm just going to post some pictures from the past few months.

Look what I got for my birthday! I think it speaks for itself.

Cheesy Mexican Egg Bake and Cute Easter Dress

This is one of the best egg dishes ever!! It is fully of cheesy goodness, great for brunch.

10 eggs
2 C. pepper jack cheese

1t. baking powder
2 C. mozzarella cheese

1/2 C. flour
2 C. cheddar cheese

1 sq. butter, melted
1/2 t. red pepper flakes

4T. green onions
1 t. salt

2 C. cottage cheese
1 t. pepper

2-4oz. green chilies

Shred cheeses, mix everything together. Bake in greased 9x13 pan. Bake uncovered approx. 1 hour until set. Serve with salsa and sour cream. YUM!!
